- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Due to a family emergency I was unable to travel to my destination. I called the travel agent to cancel my hotel portion well within the cancellation period only to find out that Liberty has their own cancellation "fees". I was penalized $374 with a month notice to cancel my hotel. If this isn't a rip off, I don't know what is. What's worse is that the agent I was working with failed to mention this so called cancellation policy on their behalf as if I should've known.
